My wife and I would like to take an all-inclusive trip to Mexico or Central America to fish for Peacock bass.
Her main goal is to take a comfortable vacation and not have to cook, clean, etc. She wouldn't care about fishing if there were a pool to relax by. My main thing would be to get out and catch some huge peacocks!!!  Of course I would need a guide present to take me to the good spots.
Anyone been on or know anyone who's been on one of these vacations? Please let me know!!!

Just go to South FL...There are Peacock Bass there and it is safer than Mexico..

Panama had some amazing Peacock bass fishing. We'd fish and watch the ships go thru the locks at the same time. I would not reccomend it these days though. I'm told Panama has gotten a little rough.
