Ok, so the term "tastes like chicken" is extremely common... but I'm looking to make a list of things that actually taste kinda like chicken.
Rather than repeating things you've heard, try to come up with things you've actually tasted. * So far we have: Alligator Chicken Frog legs Fruit Bat Iguana Rabbit Rattlesnake Shark Squirrel Turkey |
Alligator. When battered, fried and dipped in whatever sauce you've got, it may as well be chicken that grew up in a swamp.
Frog legs really do taste like chicken. So much so that it would be impossible to tell the difference, except for the webbed foot.

They taste similar to chicken, but frog legs have a softer bite, more delicate meat. Not sure how to explain it, but I can easily tell the difference and I love frog legs and chicken. |

Rattlesnake without a doubt.
I'm surprised people are saying turtle and rabbit. All turtle I've eaten tasted like slightly fishy pork. That, and rabbit has its own unique flavor. |
