Never tried it...
but to the "taste-free" comment... I definitely beg to differ. Steaks are sugar free. Cheese is sugar free ... but seriously... Splenda (and I'm sure other sweeteners) has no sugar/carbs (or any nutritional value whatsoever) and it is very sweet. I'd imagine sugar free with some sweetener MIGHT make it worthwhile, but I wouldn't bet money on it. Good luck with your experiment, please report back results, especially if it is low-carb (not necessarily the same as sugar free) as I'm looking for something to fill the sweets portion of my Atkins diet. |
