It was nice when it used to cost 15 bucks for 50...... It's just plain reloaded ammo, and 50 bucks for 100 rounds is a rip off.
That being said, it was reliable stuff for me, never had a problem with it. |

Last year the NRA had a write up about Fiocchi and how they hate puppies.

I don't like it! Had a few issues with their 45ACP. I will not use it again period.

I've had nothing but excellent results with Fiocchi ammunition; both rifle and pistol.

I shoot a lot of it and the only problem that I ever had was shooting .410 out of my Grandfathers Judge. The primers would pop out just enough to keep the cylinder from rotating.

And still don't trust it for anything other then range ammo  If I had 10 duds of 500 in .22LR, I wouldn't buy that brand again.

I've used quite a bit of Fiocchi ammo in .223, 9mm, and .45 ACP. Never had any problems with any of it in any of my guns.
I just wish it were more readily available and less expensive. |

Cabelas had it on sale for 20.99 for a box of 50 last weekend. I bought a couple as gifts for a friend who doesn't reload yet.

I think the price is too much but that's for you to decide.
I've only shot 9mm and every single one went bang. In my experience, it's decent ammo. |

I purchased a ton of Fiocchi 5.56 when it was $12/50 and have had great luck with it. At current prices I just assume buy Prvi Partizan though.

Fired some Fiocchi and some Magtech from Brazil, the only problem i had with both types on a lot of the casing wwas the primer flashole was off center, it still fired well, it just wasn't good enough to be able to reload as the flashole would not line up with the primer pin on the dies, so it was un reloadable.
On a couple casings of both manufacturers the hole for the primer flash was clear over at the edge of the primer pocket. YMMV though, this was several years ago and i never greqw enough hair on my peaches again to try it since then. |
