I've only been a member here for a few months (and a lurker for a few months before that), but in the last thirty days or so there seems to be a big increase in trolls and their fellow travelers. They're usually complete retards, as any socialist must necessarily be, but it makes me wonder who else is lurking on the boards... and if they're reporting back to anyone.

Anyone else noticing this?

There was a DU plot to troll boards like this one to get people to say illegal things about the prez or threaten any kind of violence so they could get them in trouble. It's been awhile it's propably a good thing to remember when these trolls pop up.

I havent noticed...I dont pay attention to them any longer.
I post in the threads I like, I click the 'back' button on the ones I dont.
There are enough real things to argue about with real people.....I dont need the pretend drama on the Internet after a long day at the office.

Dont feed the trolls.

Trolls come and go...I have seen it over the years!...The Mods here are freaking awesome when it comes to weeding them out and sending them down the road in most cases..

It does allow for some entertainment sometimes depending on how bad of a troll they attempt to be..

What I can't stand is Troll Accounts of acting members who use them to stir the pot against the betterment of the site...This can and has made us all look like a bunch of buffoons at times...But it is there again entertaining to see Site Staff give the Ban Hammer when they get caught...

lol....I'm sure the irony escapes the DUng trolls.........DU was investigated at least 3 times by the SS for threats to President Bush.

I never said I was a pilot. I was just trying to explain that if the PIC made an abrupt change to the pitch and roll axes, the trusting passenger in the right seat would probably not have time nor the ability to comprehend, assert control and recover the aircraft.

If it was a parachute, I could have made a better argument, as I have a bit of experience. However, my A/C experience is limited to about 20 hours behind the right stick of DHC-6-100, taking over at 850 AGL and flying to 13.5k.

They seem to be of the same ilk as the flood of liberal callers on talk radio. They are definitely working from a script:

- Hi, I am a big fan (like in ARFCOM they claim to own guns)

- I respect you for being outspoken on your beliefs

- BUT, I don't like how you are so disrespectful of President Obama (of course they never give specific examples)

There must be a DU or other libtard org spreading how to mess with conservative forums script. Pretty lame when the sitting President resorts to using his street thugs to try to shutdown free speech. Never will work dumb ass!

I am more concerned about the Columbine types trolling here recently;high school kids who are into World of Warcraft and have discovered the black rifle.Wiki experts at arms and warfare even as they get their pimple med prescriptions refilled.I can see a mass school shooting in April ala Columbine and the shooters being linked to this site.MSNBC-"We are reporting tonight that the school shooter(s) got their knowledge and info from a site dedicated to assault weapons."
