is there any way to find out the # of a specific rifle made by colt.  for example: rifles with no block yet have re-enforce mag well, probably green label(no 9mm);  a 9mm 6450 green or blue label.

Yes write a letter to Colt. Be sure to include a check,they won't look up any gun for free!
