Part by part how do the Thompson 1911a1' rate compared to the Colt and S A?

Higher than every Colt manufactered for the last 10 years.  The Springfield is a superior pistol in every respect, as is the Kimber.  However, those pistols are also significantly more expensive.

This is only regarding the new Auto Ordnance pistols.  The older ones are supposedly crap.
