A while back someone asked about Seabees in the Afghanistan..

Go to www.seabees.net, there are links there to pictures and articles of the 'Bees from NMCB-133.  The Reservists from their augment unit and NMCB-27 broght an NYC flag with them, which was raised at Camp Rhino.  

The press gives the Marines the credit for building detention facilites, etc., but it is the Seabees swinging the hammers. One of the primary mission of the 'Bees is to support the MAGTF's, so the press lumps them together, plus some ignorance, I'm sure.

"We Build, We Fight"

The all-knowing, all-wise press idiots are calling the Seabees part of the Marine Corps !!

Hopefully some "Seabee" will drive a Caterpillar up one of their uh....wrecktums.
