I lost my harddrive last week, and with it went all of my bookmarks. If you've got any kind of gun-related or conservative sites bookmarked, or anything else cool, I'd appreciate it if you would post them here so I can start over.

Have you tried Easy Recovery? It will only work if you haven't loaded any other files on that drive. I have had the same thing occur a few times and this prog generally recovers 90+ of the data. If you want the prog email me and I'll give you the info.

Thanks for the offer, but this is my work laptop we're talking about here, and the gurus from desktop services already spent three days smacking its bitch up to no avail. The guy I dealt with said he had a data recovery program that he ran on it, but got nothing.
