In public: twist on fork, cut off dangling noodles with knife so it all fits

Alone at home: shovel into mouth

WOP style, swirl it on your fork and shovel it in.

Fork, usually a bowl as it is a quick meal on the fly for me. White cheeses only for topping. Wife puts shredded cheddar on and IMO, that screams ghetto..

I normally use bowtie pasta instead and I use a fork

I had a filipino couple over for dinner last night.  According to them, Filipinos put sugar on their spaghetti.  No joke.

Twirl with a fork.  Any other utensils that find their way into the equation is insta-fail.

Fork and spoon, like any decent Italian would.

One of my alltime favorite meals...eaten with a fork!  Once in awhile I'll use a spoon, though.

One of the greatest meals in the world!

I thought it would be gross too.  My buddy got me to try it, and it's pretty delicious. Don't drown the spaghetti though, or it won't be all that great.

Never touch the stuff. I've been married to an Italian for way too long. Red sauce is banned from any of my food and has been for 20 years.

Spaghetti is a noodle.  And there are a million different ways to serve it.  Red sauce is only the traditional southern Italian means.

Try it with a creamy bechmel sauce and capers with some white fish on the side.  mmm...

+ 1.

When proper etiquette is desirable ...

Begin "twirl" with fork on plate.

Then, "cup" a grip-o-sghetti with a large spoon under the fork.

Finish the twirl with fork supported by said spoon.

Chow down.

It really depends on where I am eating it..
-At home I usually cut it up into small pieces and eat with a fork.. Less mess that way
-At a Restaurant I twirl it with a fork. If it is real fancy I use a spoon if they provide one.
