Been brainstorming lately trying to find a unique business/investment to put some money in. I have about $20k to play with. Been thinking either some rental property or possible some steel storage units or??? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Not looking to get rich quick just something with sustainable monthly income... Not looking to quit my day job either...
