Anybody try one yet? They just came out in the last month. I'm on a budget and I want a 42" set.

I know you don't want to hear it, but save your money for a few more months and get a better brand. It's cheap for a reason. 2nd tier glass, poor heat sinks, inadequate power supplies. The list could go on and on.

My employer put Vizio plasma screens in the two break rooms to stream ~~propaganda~~ company information.

They're less than 2 years old and already have lines running through them. They are on 24/7 though.

Save up and get a Panasonic or Samsung.

I was a Costco yesterday and they had a Panasonic 50" 720P HDTV Plasma for $1299. If I had a place to put it, I'd be all over that. That's a friggin deal. Panasonic is rated as one of the best plasma brands.
