I'd like one that can spit out trajectory in 10yd increments or smaller.  Anyone know of a good free program?

Go to the JBM website and use their online calculator:
http://www.eskimo.com/~jbm/ballistics/traj/traj.html

They also have one there that can make range cards (that you laminate).

I'm also a fan of PBX for the Palm OS (so I can to the calculations at the range).

Go to Remington.com, download the Remington Shoot! calculator, when you do, you will be offered the opportunity to download  Shoot! v3.2 that is a great calculator
