if the entire country(that polls consistently at 70%+)

Only problem with that poll number (it's the one regarding opposition to illegal immigration, right?) is that people don't actually care about illegal immigration. Sure, you ask them what their opinion is, and they'll say they're against it...but then ask them about issues that matter to them, and they'll mention the war, or the economy, or health care, or gas prices. The number that actually say "illegal immigration" is nowhere near that figure.

I think that people all over the country are PISSED about illegals
And, they don't even get to see the articles that I post about illegals

(they don't see them because most of the media don't carry them)

There are certainly people who hold illegal immigration as a high priority all over the country...but not many of them. That's the issue. There is no significant groundswell of anti-illegal sentiment, else you'd see more successes of people using that platform.

Many of the candidates have started lying about how they would "deal with illegals"

The reason Rudy has so much support from the Rep party is that they believe he can win the lib states like NY and CA. When it comes down to the brass tax the party does not worry about morals, but who can win.

But, as I told his office, he'll never..NEVER...get another vote from me, as he voted for the misnamed "Patriot Act" without reading it....nor can he defend his vote when asked about it...
