I've located a Pre-ban Rock Island M4gery on the net that I seriously think I want to buy. It is 92% condition, fixed carry handle, A2 sights, 5" flash suppressor, bayo lug, etc.  I called Springfield Armory to verify that they did indeed make this weapon and numbers produced and I was told that they did indeed make 500 of these.  Does this small number effect collector value as well as it being preban?  What whould you folks value this gun at? Also, has anybody heard anything about the quality of this gun?
