Best ETA I've heard is ~mid November for Cert, then 6-12 months for a decision. There will be a hearing in between the two.

According to the SCOTUS website, the last action in the case was on 10/5, with some amicus briefs being filed by a few states. It doesn't give any indication on when they'll decide if cert will be granted.
