Choice A-     A country very similar to America, with an elected government and a constitution that can be ammended. But currently all firearms for civilian use are banned. There is not alot of interest in the public to remove the ban.

Choice B-     A country somewhat similar to America socially, except power is held by an absolute monarch. Any weapon you desire is available to purchase at a fair market price, no import bans, full-auto bans, and no taxes or paperwork needed for suppresors, short barrels, destructive devices, or full auto. You could basically buy an M2A2 Bradley if you had the cash. The king and the rest of the populace hold the right to bear arms as a sacred right never to be taken from the public.
