While it has been a good long while since I've used PayPal, if memory serves you pay a fee on all monies receieved (which is the main reason I stopped using PP).

I believe its 2% higher with a CC.

only "premier" accounts can accept credit cards.
"Premier" accounts charge for all transactions, regardless or origin. I gave up paypal too. Some merchants insist on Paypal. I go elsewhere. Sucks, but so does paypal. |

Anyone who uses Paypal deserves what they ultimately get. If you deal with scum, don't be suprised when you get burned. |

OK, I just found out. Sorry for the trouble.
Receiving payments that are funded by Paypal balance, instant bank transfer, or eChecks are completely free, even with a personal account. Receiving payments funded by credit card, debit card or buyer credit costs 4.9%. Withdrawing money from your paypal account is free. 4.9% is seems a little high, but it's only 1-2% more than what a retail merchant pays. |
