He was most likely simplifying it for..well..the more SIMPLE people.

Thanks for posting this. I just got done fighting an Assault ban in Louisiana here. I wish I had that video then to send to the comittee that had the bill assigned to them. It got defeated, but I will keep this vid in case it pops back up in the future.

This needs to be made into a commercial or put in the beginning of movies
