I guess I'll start with Haganai.

THIS.

Though you have a higher opinion of Demon Lord S2 than I do.  I thought it was trash and that’s coming from someone who loved S1 and watched it half a dozen times.

I started Haganai and watched five minutes of E1, got distracted,  and went down the comp shooting rabbit hole lol.

Back to Haganai.

I definitely admit that I am pretty easily entertained.  I almost quit an anime in 5 minutes recently though. I started The Daily Life of the Immortal King and the Mandarin Chinese was really bugging me. Stuck it out and ended up liking it so I finished the first season. I'm probably going to start the second season tomorrow.

“My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World!” finally sputtered to its unremarkable end.

Is that all there is? Really? Really?

Say it ain’t so, Yuji.

Yawn.

What a totally forgettable series.

Awesomely forgettable, in fact.

I generally love trash isekai anime, but that was TOO trash.  It got SLIGHTLY better after the first episode, but not by much.  After I got caught up with it (episode 7 or so) I stopped caring.

The slimes were EASILY the best part of the show.  Also that might be the most boring MC in anime I've ever seen.

They were taking liberties with the source material, to condense it to fit the time they had - probably more than they should have.  The last two or three episodes had a lot of material that I don't recall being in the manga, so they may have followed the example of some previous anime by pulling an arc out of their ass, instead of working with the source material.

The events at the end of episode 12 (at the guild), were from about chapter 21 of the manga.  If I'm not mistaken, 17 volumes of the manga have been published in Japan, so there is still a lot of source material available.

There a lot of plastic figurines made by and for Otaku that will some day fade since they are made of plastic.  Would it be a viable product to make ceramic figurines for long lasting ecchii figurines of anime girls?  It seemed to be a good market for Rudi.

Found it. Made in Abyss - The Golden City of the Scorching Sun.  In usual fashion, it's secondary title in some way differentiates it enough that it's not tagged as a second season to the first season.

eta Does anyone understand the conflict here?  Seems like we have a company trying to integrate bionic men/women into an AI mech interface and then we have some poorly defined council that thinks it is a bad idea because it is killing the pilots, so let's go murder anyone involved including the pilots.

It's very similar it seems to Iron blooded orphans.  But from the standpoint of those who made the crazy system. The order to kill them seemed more from a role of convenience. As it seems obvious the system is being worked on not to hurt the pilots.

Now for that channel though.  I didn't know Gundaminfo has entire series available on youtube.

Gundam seed and G Gundam are both on there.

There have been a few limited runs (something like 10 of each) of life-size versions, in Japan.  Ridiculously expensive, but if I'm not mistaken, they still had to do a lottery to see who ended up parting with their money in exchange for a figurine.

I think I read somewhere that they were made by doing 3D scans of the normal figurines, resizing and cleaning up the details in CAD, then 3D printing them in sections and gluing them together, before finally painting them by hand.

Rather predictable so far, but that’s hopefully just a part of the plot building, I’ll give it a few more views.

Also, When does the last dub episode of Overlord come out? I prefer to wait until the whole season is out to watch an anime.

Probably about a 0.0087% chance of getting a S3.

Make sure you watch the S1 OVA.  It’s the funniest OVA I’ve ever seen.

The dub for S4 of Overlord should be finished 5 weeks from yesterday.
