Do you think this will be added to the firearm background check or do you think privacy rights will win out?

i work in the medical field. when the hippa rules came down they crammed it down are throats about patients rights. to the point when i worked at cook county jail i got bit by a detainee and i had no right to know if he was infected with anything it was his privacy. i don't see that changing anytime soon with the mental health issue the ACLU will say were causing mental distress to the person if they try to change that.

I was just about to yell HIPPA. but I was beat to it.

Quite a situation for the libs huh?
