Try Auction Arms. They are expensive though.

I have a 25 rnd Butler Creek Hotlips Clear NIW, absolutely never been fired and definitely Pre-ban.  Comes in original bag (ziplock style) with Butler Creek one page placard, original ID sticker from Butler Creek is attached to the placard - this is not some Canadian Import.

I sold my 10/22 a few years back and had this one mag on the shelf as a spare.

Make me an offer.

I bought a bunch of the 25 rnd Butler Creek Hot Lips mags at Academy for $10 each. But of course that was back in 94. Oh, did the price go up on them? [:D]

Still got'em in the original packing wrap. Yeah baby...

I have not heard anything good or bad about this place. Nary have I purchased mags from them just thought I would pass along the URL.

Prices seem to be about the best I have seen.

Rugermags is located in Canada.
There is no ban on hicap mags in Canada like the USA.
However, it is a crime to order hicap mags from some place in Canada and have them shipped to the USA.
Buyer beware.
