There are only a little over 14 12oz beers in 5 liters. For $20 that's a little on the expensive side ($1.43) compared to the regular stuff.
But it's not a bad price for something you like. I'd prefer Warsteiner too but usually just stick with the regular stuff (Coors, Miller, etc...).

They're gravity fed. If you try to stretch it more than a day or two, it goes flat and gets oxidized and that makes for nasty beer....

No, it comes with it. You just put it together and drink away! It even comes with picture directions in case you're already drunk.

Can't beat that with a stick.

I like the Paulaner Octoberfest in the min-kegs when they are in season. There is just something about drinking on one of those puppies not knowing when the end is near and by that time who cares anyway! hould

If you want to get down to great beer at a great price, one should start all grain home brewing. I can brew 10 gallons of fresh beer and have it ready in two weeks and that will cost around $60

They come with the tap and instructions. No pump-action needed, just press the lever forward and it dispenses its contents.

Personally, I think Heinekin tastes absolutely horrible. The mini-keg is a nice way to get around Keg laws and what not.

$60 is a bit high for my 10 gallon batches, I buy malt in 50-55lb bags, liquid yeast at $6 a smack pack and make a starter, and hops in bulk over the 'net. Guessing mine comes in around $30 max for 10 gallons

Hows it taste? I've been kicking around the home brew stuff but I've heard it taste like piss. Whats your take on it? Just gotta like dark beer? Gotta know how to "do it"?
