1.  The NYC thing messed up shippers bigtime.  Lots of stuff that would normally go by air had to go by truck, slowing things way down.  2.  He's out on the east coast.  I'm sure the disaster had some effect on them.  3.  Ammo orders have increase quite a bit since the attack.

I have ordered from Eric for a lonnnggg time now and he has always been 100%

The shippers were really FUBARED by the act of war.

Cut him a bit of slack, he is one of the really good guys.

I ordered some from GP at the first of last week and the same thing happened, I got an e-mail from them today saying it was being shipped today. I think we can overlook it in light of recent events. I doubt if anyone shipped ammo last week.

I know, I know, I agree. I'm just stating that his "auto shipper" notice said it wasn't even going to get SHIPPED for a week. No worries, just wondering if this was "normal"

I read earlier in a post that someone ordered some ammo last Tuesday and received the ammo by Thursday.  Probably East Coast, but he is shipping.  It was probably delayed by someone other than Ammoman.

I've only placed two orders with Eric but both times it took a week to get delivered.  I'm not complaining it doesn't bother me any.

I got a case of .223 from Wideners today. Ordered it last Thursday. UPS ground is running OK, I think. Probably just a lot of orders at once.

I ordered a case of Federal American Eagle .45ACP FMJ from him on Thursday the 6th and received it on 9/11/01 at about 1:30 p.m.

In experience it's always taken between 3-4 business days from the order being placed to received.

So, less than a week "real time."

EDIT:  BTW, I was VERY glad to have a case of .45ACP added to my inventory on 9/11.  I only wish I had thought to add a case of .223....

It's not Eric fault!....There is no plane flying for a whole week, no UPS delivery is possible.

Gotta agree with everyone else, it's got to be the air shippers being shut down.  I ordered some of the Q 3131 A on Wednesday (12th) and it arrived yesterday...I am on the East Coast.
