Go to www.drudgereport.com and check out the pic for the lead article.  Shows that new assault rifle/grenade launcher combo.  Headline reads somthing like: Wonder Weapons the US Will Use Against Terrorists.  Don't know how true this it but it is a cool picture.

The OICWS is not a deployable weapon.  Never will be.  The project was scrapped early last year if memory serves.  

Squads with M-16s, M4/203s and the rest of the usual support weaons is all there i.

Land warrior is nowhere close to being done and has nothing to do with the OICWS. Its another piece of electronic crap anyhow.

I think Drudge just caught the History channel today.  They ran the episode on the Land Warrior.

All the other stuff is standard Hardware.  My God the EA6 is 40 years old
