I'm confused :) resqman_2398 had stated:
"No PWA did make some Post-Bans before going Tango Uniform. www.geocities.com/Pipeline/2494/serial.html shows that #35222 and below are pre-ban and that post bans have a year pre-fix to them."

The ser# is 40250 but there is no year prefix on the ser# :) So What is it. May it have come from a pre-ban complete weapon? If so great!

The last preban is #35,222 ALL others are postban reguardless of a year prefix... SORRY.

Besides, If it is just a Receiver, unless you can [b]prove[/b] that it was Built into an AW(Dated Pics, Notarized Written Statement...),
It is Post Ban.
[b]Period, Indifferent to the SN.[/b]
