This story needs fleshing-out before the role of the NRA is clear. I'll wait for more info before condemning them.

I see nothing indicating the NRA supports this, other than NewsMax mentioning it and the fact that Rep. Young is on the NRA's BOD. His being on the board and this issue are seperate.
