I’m sorry if I offend anyone but I am sick of this. Why is it that only white Caucasians are considered racists? Am I missing something or wtf is going on in this country.

Because if its any other race its due to "oppression" or "Pride" so its ok. Only whites are racist and can commit hate crimes

According to a black leberal fellow I talked to, it's not just about treating them different, but also being in a position to supress them. The blacks are a minority so they are not in a position to supress. This meant that ALL whites were racist and all blacks were incapable. I took umbrance as I have worked for more blacks than have worked for me and I really don't care enough about other people as a whole to go through the trouble to hate or supress them.

Anyone can be a racist.all you need to do is generalize, and apply the bad traits of the worst example of an individual to a whole race of people.Whites,blacks,Asians,anyone can be a racist
You are all too optimistic. This won't make it to the end of page 1 because nothing good will come out of this one.
