I've just recieved my FFL, and am going to have to start my business slowly, but I need a good source to buy my guns. I'll be working out of my home to start, and unfortunately will not be able to buy in quantity. Of course, I want it all from a distributor.....good service, good prices, large selection, and if they accept credit cards that would be a bonus. I've found a few that will only sell to stocking dealers.....I'm in the "kitchen table" mode for now. Also, I'm in the Kansas City, MO area if that matters.

Thanks, Greg

We buy mostly from Ellett Brothers but you have to have a storefront. I think you might be able to get stuff from Jerry's Sports Center, I'm pretty sure they take Credit Cards.

RSR group works out well if you can get good terms with them.

Jerrys takes credit cards, so does RSR and Sports South. Just be prepared to pay a "premium" for using them. Its SO much easier to get a account with them like net 30

Thanks for the replies. I think Jerry's Sport Center might be a good place to start since they're only 88 miles from me.....would only have to pick up a couple guns to make the drive worthwhile. All suggestions welcome!

I use Jerrys a lot for the new stuff. The used stuff comes from all over.

Williams, Quincy, IL.  Very friendly to small dealers.
Jerry's/Outdoor Sports/et al.  Not bad.
Ellet Bros, Davidson's.  Don't bother.
Ron Shirk, PA.  Decent.

Most charge an extra 3% for CC.  I prefer Checkfax if possible.  Or straight mailorder.
