Official Title: Voice Network Engineer. Unofficial title: IP Telephony dork.
 I primarily design and implement IP Contact Centers for a Cisco partner. In ARFCOM parlance, I make space shuttle door gunners press 1 for parts, 2 for sales, and make them wait a few minutes to talk to a SSDG specialist while they listen to crappy music and advertisements. |
