I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of this guy.  He runs a poseur school back east someplace.  If you read the instructor bios, they all have been trained by each other and that apparently makes them great.

One of my buddies works for a different company and was on route Irish about an hour after this happened.  He doesn't have anything good to say about this guy and he sent me the link.

I wonder what the whole story is?

With the caveat that I wasn't there, but that I have spent some time reading the AARs - it appears that he didn't think, then panicked when his initial fuck-up (taking the vehicle out of gear and setting the e-brake) cracked his loop.

You can read his side of the events on this website - ERSM is the PMC company he worked for when the shit hit the fan.

Here are some highlights from Yeager's own account of the sad event.

After about 10-15 minutes I took the car out of gear and pulled on the emergency break because my calf was beginning to ache. I would end up regretting that decision.

I punched the gas to the floor and the engine raced but the car wouldn’t move. I thought it had it been knocked out of commission. After what seemed like an eternity, but was a couple of seconds, I grabbed the door handle and began implementation of our ambush S.O.P. for a disabled car in which the first step is getting out of the car

I wanted to kill the terrorists but nobody had told me the direction

If I couldn’t make hits I was sure going to make noise. I shot about 6-10 aimed rounds into the barriers utilizing my EOTech weapon sight.

Our hero now shots a concrete barrier in lieu of engaging actual people.

Johno tells me he is out of bandages. I motion toward my medical pouch and he grabs one of mine. He didn’t realize it, and I didn’t think to tell him, but I had a packet of TraumaDEX in the pouch as well.

As a guy bleeds to death, our hero saves a 20 dollar packet of clotting agent for later?

I have yet to meet anyone in the training community that has a bad thing
to say about JY.

I've never taken any training from him, but, I understand he's good.

He admits that he made some mistakes that day, as did everyone on the team.

I'd hope everyone could see this is a "hit" site.

I suppose many keyboard commandos could've done better.
that day.

There was a team leader that day, and, he failed that team.

So did Yeager, and, he has never demured from that.

The video really doesn't show much of anything.

Why don't you register on his board and ask him about it?

I wasn't there that day and I don't know what happened. I do know that that website is only one side of the story.

No no...can't confront a man
for a one to one.

That would require a measure of manhood that is sorely missing on message boards.
