Low today. I'm not at work. The biggest thing I'll have to worry about is how little ammo I have stocked up.

Tomorrow, it will be through the roof, when I go to work.

I'm glad you asked.  I just checked it and it was 146/93.  I used to take meds, but got off of them two years ago when I lost weight.  I'm about 8 pounds over my norm.  I'll check it frequently the next few days.  Might have to get back on the meds.

Thanks for reminding me.

are you exercising at all????

20-30 minutes of walking a day will do wonders.

They always say "lose weight and it will go down".  What a crock.  In 1989 I was diagnosed with hypertension at 210/155!  I weighed 185 at the time.  I am 5'11".   My experience has been that weight has little to do with it.  I know, the ARFCOM experts will be here shortly to tell us otherwise, but how to they explain that one.

It's mostly genetics when it comes to primary hypertension.

About 135/90! I've started exercising, but it's been hard to eat right because I'm traveling and just get to eat in (a very limited selection of) restaurants.  But, after today's unfortunate incidents , I'm coming home early, so I will be able to eat healthy soon.
