Flipping channels just now...stopped on Boston legal wnd the William Shatnter character was walking and talking to the James Spader character and they passed a bum on the street asking for change.  They ignored him and kept walking. The bum throws something at Shatner and starts yelling at him, "if you don't want to give anything, at least acknowledge me".... so Shatner pulls out a gun and says "you want an acknowledgement?" and shoots the guy in the face...with a PAINTBALL!!
