What seems to be the problem?  Most of the "against" comments speak to probable cause.  PC comes into play simply by you being on the road.  Its the same as asking for ID when buying alcohol, you may look 21, but can you prove it.  Which civil right exactly is being violated by either DUI, DL or whatever kind of check point?  No body has written here that they were asked for their papers.  Granted this is america, and we have been afforded certain freedoms.  But I thinki most of America has no real Idea free thay actually are.  Its a slippery slope chaging .GOV policy.  When does it stop?  Is paying taxes a violation of my rights? And why is this such a big deal, and this forum will crucify anyone who feels as though people should have a choice about the birth of their child.  I just can't see the reason for all the distention.
