But not culturaly divided.  Ethicity is not the issue, it is the value system.  A little varitiy is nice, it breaks the bordom.  Too much and "we" are marching in different directions.

We accept all ethnic groups but they must become Americans, speak our language and accept our values and culture.
Keep your culture, be proud of it but don't expect us to accomodate you and change to satisfy you.
