I just ordered two cases or the 1,440 Guat. .223 ammo and they told me they are OPENING every case of ammo to verify the rounds are NOT corroded.

No need to worry about corroded ammo orders.

My battlepacks & crate were opened.

Mini-bitch: Why am I having to pay the shipping for the crate that is broke open? Makes me want to only order three battlepacks.

$39 shipping costs per case steers me away from this deal.

Good for AIM to at least try to nip the problem @ the bud.

Because you live in CT

Shipping per case to WA is $39 ( I called them personally )

Still no guarantees you'll get clean / shiny ammo. They will surely weed out the worst of the crud, but will still ship some ammo that most of us would consider questionable.

Too risky if you ask me.

I wonder how he would feel about me turning his house / garage into an ammo fortress

I have seen a few stor-n-locks around here used for just such a purpose...Of course Knob Creek is next weekend, so they may get slimmed down a little...
