Oh, and I saw a mayor of some Kalifornia town, a real winner, a mexican guy, with one that wouldn't open (probably got stabbed out in a knife fight in his yout....) said that "this town's police force will not work as customs agents, and the towns employees would never ask for legal documentation when people came into town hall.....

She is right that you cannot deport them, but you can make the price of employing one that is not documented rather costly.  If there was a real threat of jail or costly fines for employing illegal labor then the likelihood of people wanting to employ them will go down and they will start going back towards where they can find employment.  

Really, how hard would it be to call an employment agency to request 'x' number of laborers for 'y' ammount of time during the harvest or building seasons.

Living in New Mexico as a LEO, I see this every day.  We has apartment complexes just built for "ILLEGALS" and they live for free.  they have free health care, and they drive brand new suv's.  Santa Fe has deemed there city a safe zone for ILLEGALS.  The folks in wasington don't live on the borders and don't see the damage that stems from ILLEGALS.  Instead of sending our troops to other countries, they need to keep them home and put them on the border to protect our country.  The us has created a system to have people become us citizens and it doesn't get used like it should.  ILLEGALS get everything for free and I have to spend damn near 33% of my hard earned money to support them.  "BULLSHIT".  The hell with the ZOMBIE"S, we need to stop the Invasion of ILLEGALS.  Just a few minutes ago, Border Patrol had a pursuit with a Vehicle loaded with ILLEGALS.  They stopped the vehicle, detain everyone but the driver because he ran off.  Now the ILLEGALS get processed and taken back across the border.

The US has bigger problems then IRAQ.  Watch out, ILLEGALS are coming to your town next!!!!!!
