Barbecue pork rinds, bologna sandwich, coffee (instant).  I thought I'd splurge a little so I got the French's mustard in the big jar intstead of the generic.

I'll probably regret trying to live "high on the hawg" like that, but sometimes you just have to spoil yourself.

rice

ground pork sausage meat

3 eggs

peas & carrots

green onion

red onions

soy sauce

chili oil

white pepper

Boiled potatoes with sliced spring onions
Fried mushrooms and garlic
16Oz Welsh Sirloin steak pan fired(medium rare)
Pepper and Cognac sauce

I'm full as an egg now

Spaghetti and Meatballs.  Added some chopped pepper and garlic into the sauce to dress it up.  Not too bad I suppose.  Would have preferred Stouffers Mac & Cheese - - - damn good.

Pure leftiovers, and quite varied at that. First some chicken pot pie that was one of the best I've ever eaten. At least it was a week or so ago....

Then some left over pot roast. I think that was made the day after the pot pie. Ice tea, and for my sweet tooth I found some Valentine's Day Reeses Cup, hidden away at the back of the fridge.

Chicken breast...sauteed in olive oil, garlic, broccoli, tossed in whole wheat pasta...a nice butter leaf salad and some crusty french bread!!!
