It's a small-assed world! I was walking about FOB Ramadi, Iraq the other day when I literally ran into one of the guys I went to bootcamp with. The Gunny and I were in the same platoon at Parris Island and were both 17 years old, the youngest pups in the platoon.

It's IR tape. Used for IFF purposes.
