The explanation in the e-mail said the last word she spoke--"heydoh" or somesuch--means "bye for now." It was the end of the broadcast and apparently the big effort to be upbeat was overwhelming for her sphincter.  Edit: The part that made my wife and I just HOWL was almost at the end when it looked like she was fanning behind her.
