 After the conservative takeover,  will or has Canada changed any of their Draconian gun laws ?

I would say this has more to do with the fact that this program was to only cost a few $million, and ended up costing around $billion.  Canada just doesn't have the kind of scratch to throw around.

I think so,  that's what the relatives believe anyway. (Alberta)  A lot of other things are coming down as well.  The natives issue for example.
