 ETA 2 gunmen inside, failed armed robbery attempt, Grandriver and Evergreen store. No hostages the girl ran out as soon as the 2 guys fired the first shot, no one hit. It's over, they gave up. PUSSIES! |

Crap, what's going on? Yesterday it was a hostage situation at a bank (hostages fine; bad guy taken down by sharpshooter)

3 dallas cops got shot this morning in a drug raid, 2 in the vest one "minor" wound in the hand.

You have to be one seriously dumb son of a gun to rob a Family Dollar store looking for a big score. There probably isn't but a couple of hundred bucks in the friggin' till. And now the morons are involved in an armed standoff with SWAT. Real smart, fellas. Your options: 1. Surrender and go to prison for a very long time, if not life. 2. Pull the trigger and die. All for the till in a darned Family Dollar store. Congrats! You win the idiot of the day award.... |

Apparently, and this could just be BS. It was a weekly cash delivery day and they hit it right after the armored car left. Could be wrong, CNN said that. Apparently they realized we were making fun of the guys and didn't want them to look stupid, After all, criminals have feelings to

HEY ! I JUST SAW THOSE SWAT GUYS LAST MONTH !. I was at Harry's Army Surplus in Dearborn where I buy all my I'm an ex-cop myself but those guys looked pretty bad-ass and intimidating, scarier than carnival workers even.  ** NOTE ; I love the Fox affiliate's live shot of all the police activity on the INNER PERIMETER of the scene. But we all know bad guys don't watch LIVE TV RIGHT ? edit, I just reread they surrendered.
