Bird flu has come to Europe in wild swans. One of the things they mention as a control measure is a complete ban on hunting of wild birds.

Could this mean the end of wild bird hunting in the US?  It seems inevitable that migratory birds with bird flu will wind up in the US. How long would such a ban have to last?
