My old wallet is falling apart so its time to get a new one.
I figured I would check here first in case there is some new must have tactical BOB draw down wallet.
I prefer a leather one but am open to other possibilities.
What do you have ?? lets see the PICS !!

My wife bought me a Coach wallet.  I've had it for 2 years.  Wears like iron.  Looks better with age.  Only dislike is that it discolored my drivers license from the dye in the leather.

My Fossil trifold wallet is 11 years old and is better than ever.  It even still has the original picture/license holders.  The older they get the shinier and better looking they get.

Spec Ops Brand T.H.E. Wallet Jr. Comes in cordura nylon, and about 6 different color choices. I personally own/use the 3 color desert variety.

You can get Coach wallets for like $20 on ebay.  Most of them are real some of them fake.

How about the All-Ett?  Ripstop nylon and seriously reduces wallet ass.

Taxi wallet

like this:

(didn't get it from there, though)

fits in front pocket so you can't be pick pocketed. Plenty of room to store credit cards, license, etc.

+1 on the Coach Wallet

I've had mine for over 3 years now.  Not a thing wrong with it.  I'm hard as hell on it too.  All that cash I have had just stretches this shit out of it!

The damn BRD is to blame for that you know.

Ever see those magic clip wallets? Dunno how much you want one, but I have to admit, they actually did work (infomercial seemed too good to be true).

I have a black leather "Relic" wallet that I got as a gift 4 or 5 years ago. Its still going strong, even has little things to put a spare house (and car if its slim enough) key in there. I cant seem to find a link to one online though.

For security reasons, I don't use a wallet.  Instead, my credit cards/DL/CCL etc live in a Brooks Brothers Slim Credit Card Case and the cash stays in a Geoffrey Beneze clamp-type (no spring to wear out or magnet to futz up your credit cards) money clip.

For further explanation around the security issues around carrying your credit cards/etc  and cash together, read "Safe in the Streets" by Marc MacYoung.

I bought a handmade elephant hide wallet on ebay a couple years back. Its held up better than any other wallet I have ever had. Looks super cool but discreet. I payed about $40 for it IIRC.

I'm in the market for a new wallet myself.  I saw a really nice one at a Cole Haan store before Christmas and I didn't buy it.  Should have, the store is an hour and a half away and it will be a while before I'm back in the big city.  I think it was their 'compact wallet'.  I haven't found anything remotely close.

What do you guys think of this?  I'm looking for a new one and this seems pretty nice.  I prefer a tri-fold (NO VELCRO) and it needs to have a clear plastic ID window onthe inside of one of the SIDE flaps (not in the center).  Also would like it to have a place for a spare house and/or car key.  I'm not crazy about some of the ones you guys have posted so far, any other suggestions?
