Unless that badging is incorrect, the ZR-1 was a bit more rare, I think.

ZR1 production didn't start until like late 1989 or 1990 if I remember correct.

I would guess that this thing was probably pulled out of a salvage yard or sat in someone's yard for a while..  I would guess there is alot of "whatever will fit" parts on it..

I've seen this thing in person at local car shows, it's really well done, not that I'd do it, but when you have dumptrucks full of money, some things don't seem quite so silly.
Still don't know why they stretched the front end

Sorry guys, but I have to disagree with you.  I think it is awesome.  I hate the fact that you can't even get a bag of groceries in a vette (guess I am too practical).  This one, however would make an awesome grocery getter.  Plus, the fact that it is a one off.  But, I would have to put a serious sound system in it and get some serious custom paint.  Hell, if the caddy XLR is nothing more than a rebodied vette Then why not.  I can attest to the status of this one because I got to play with one once.....

I've always wanted to put a 6" to 8" lift on a Jag or Rolls, with some big ol' muddin' tires, but that's different.  It's just fucking un-American to whore out a 'Vette like that.

Thanks for the invite, but no

Seriously though..   How many people here call pull off a mod like that, and have it actually look good..  Anyone can take a sawall to a car and weld in some parts to make it look different, but it will come out looking like something you find in the back row of a shady used car lot.

Who needs the bed?  They've always had generous hoods.

Leave the engine running, it keeps the hood warm and chicks dig the vibes.
