Our EX chief of police will be pleading guilty to evesdropping and misconduct in office for videotaping sex in his office and stealing guns and sophisticated wiretapping equipment. They unfortunately dropped the wiretapping charges as a pleabargain, sad as that was a 10 year felony. The other are a 2 and 5 year. He still has outstanding charges of 17 counts of posessing child porn, 17 counts of using a computer in the comission of a crime and heroin posession in Lenawee County.
