We have two cats and find that we are cleaning up puke about twice a month. We have tried every brand of food out there and are currently using Solid Gold (human food grade) because they puke less. Still, it's getting real old.

Mine do, but pretty intermittently. Sometimes they'll go for weeks without doing it. They sometimes just huarf up food because they ate it too quickly (like the hogs they are

), but other times it'll be disgusting hairbally kind of stuff.

That stupid, socialistic, food and attention grubbing, worthless piece of bug infested fur that Mrs. NMSight calls a cat pukes up a hairball at least once a month. Dumbass is never smart enough to go hack it up into its crap pan - no, he has to barf it all over the carpet somewhere. Why cats were ever invented is beyond me.

At one time, we had seven.
One never did it, (that would be low class, he was a Himalayan), one did it occasionally, and the others did it ALL the time.

Not only that, they'd be in the basement, and would make a MAD dash all the way up out of the basement and all the way through the house so they could barf right in front of us on the good rug.

Try the hairball formula dry catfood in the light blue, shiny bag.
Our cat used to puke constantly. Not hairballs. Just puke.
But ever since we started feeding him this stuff, he has stopped almost completely.
We tried every expensive cat food under the sun before we found this.

One pukes a couple times a WEEK! He's about 12 years old now, and he's been doing it for years. Worthless Vets say "it's normal." My ass! I now daydream about taking him out back and taking him out with my Outback! I love the little shit, but the puking got old many years ago...

Try some cat nip a few times a week, cats like to eat grass for some reason and the nip seems to act as the same thing.

Only on carpets and upholstered furniture.

Mine pukes on a regular basis. He's got a very sensitive stomach and it takes very little to upset it. Then again, he's also 11. He didn't do it as often when we fed the cats Alley Cat brand food, but it's darn near impossible to find that brand anymore.

If a change of food is unsuccessful, go out and get a couple of ping pong sized balls. Throw them in the food dish. This way the cat has to eat around them and eat slower. Problem solved.
