Those are the barrel markings of Olympic Arms stainless steel barrel. How strong does the magnet stick?

Magnet doesn't stick at all to my stainless Mini-30 but sticks hard to this barrel. The whole rifle is a light gray (Essential Arms).
No markings (cast symbol on carry handle by rear sight) like I see on most uppers. |

Bat21, move this to the 'Rifle, uppers, lowers & barrels' forum, you'll get a better answer. The only thing I can think is that the SS isn't 100% SS.
