If you see an N on the front of the plane ID it's a puddle jumper, A 3 letter ID would be a pro.

The numbers on the left are altitude, the numbers on the right are groundspeed (not airspeed). |

can not get it to save.
paste the code in notepad and it will not let me save it. what do i need to do to save it?

Where it says file name enter a name and change the file extension to .htm instead of .txt

Yep. You change the extension by typing, in quotes, "filename.htm", or you can just let Notepad save it as a .txt file and then right-click it and rename it that way. |

i do that when i go and look for the file thru the display properties it will not show up when i browse the desk top. how do i make a .htm file? |

There are lots of N# ID's out there that denote aircraft that fly faster, higher, further, with better paid crews than the airlines. A better definition is Commercial Airliners, vs. Private Airplanes. For those of you who don't already use it, check out FLTPLAN.com It's free. An HTM file is a text file, so just rename it to have an extension of HTM and be done with it. Follow my instructions just above on saving as a HTM file by enclosing the entire desired file name in quotes. |

Cool.
Looks like the color of the lines mean something. I think the light blue lines mean the flight is going to the specified airport, and the green are just in airspace. |

Well, you can try using www.airnav.com/airports/ Search by Airport Name, Airport City, or Airport Identifier (Code ).Of course, you should have them all memorized, most are easy! (The big ones that is.) |
