Oh, they only make hamburgers from cattle?  And if it is of doubtful economic value then it will stop and they won't have anything to worry about.  That is the way the free market works. God I hate environmentalists.

I wonder if these losers can tell you what the economic value of 31000 sq mi. of forest is?  One that won't ever be cut.  I can tell you.  Not much.  

I did the math.  If you figure you make 200 bucks per cow selling it for hamburger.  You would make 60.48 per acre.  I don't know how many cattle you can turn over in a year, but I'll bet it is close to 2.  That's 120 bucks per acre.  That ain't much here, but I'll bet in a third world country that's pretty good pay.
